A tropical paradise getaway situated on a privately owned and secluded beach at the entrance of Nacala Bay, Northern Mozambique.

This Eco-Lodge is complete with solar energy, refreshingly drinkable bore-hole water, and upscale comforts. Ossimba Beach Lodge offers a rare and exciting combination of luxury, sophistication and sustainability. Private villas offer comforting respite from a day spent rejuvenating on the beach, or exploring the surrounding ocean, mangroves, and forests.

A relaxed and spacious entertainment area includes a large bar, dining facilities, two luxurious lounge areas, WIFI and Satellite TV. Take a dip in the lodge swimming pool or wander along our private beach, before retiring to one of our eight spacious thatch-roofed villas designed with comfort and opulence in mind.

Facilities: 8 thatched brick chalets, King size beds with mosquito nets & fans in the rooms, En-suite inside bathrooms and private outside showers, safes, 3 central lounge areas, bar and dining areas, 24-hour security, Wi-Fi access and satellite TV, Pool and Sunset Bar

  • SA Airlink from OR Tambo, Johannesburg, South Africa direct to Nampula. Currently flight leaves 11h10 seven days a week. Flight time 2h30mins. Transfer via taxi to Ossimba is three hours and costs R1000.00 one-way for up to 4pax.
  • New Nacala International airport due to open soon. Currently serviced by L.A.M. Airlines from Maputo three times per week.  Flights from OR Tambo to Maputo link with the flight to Nacala. Transfers to Ossimba free (35mins).
